Leah Kriel

The Kriel home is simply filled with happiness, laughter and love. Love for each other, the dogs (Nordic and Ice) and especially Leah who surprised her new family by arriving a little early. She is so relaxed and content. She allowed us to pick her up and move her around and then fall right back to sleep. I just loved all her adorable facial expressions and those perfect pink feet! Thanks for welcoming me into your beautiful home and allowing me to capture these precious moments. It was a real treat!

Grobler Familie

Die Groblers is dierbare vriende wat ons baie na aan die hart lê. Dit was 'n 'n groot voorreg om hulle te kon afneem en hope pret! Ek is so bly ek kon 'n paar oomblikkies vasvang wat elkeen van hulle uniek maak en die pragtige verhoudings in hulle gesin sigbaar maak. Dit was 'n esktra vreugde dat Willem se ouers uit Namibie ook kon deel wees van die foto sessie. Baie dankie vir julle vriendskap, julle is 'n groot inspirasie vir ons en elke oomblik saam met julle is spesiaal. Hoop julle geniet die foto's so baie soos ek! ;-)

James and Melissa-Jane

James and Melissa's wedding was just so intimate and special and beautiful. From beginning to end. It was a freezing cold weekend and for the biggest part of the day it was pouring with rain as well. But the weather played along perfectly in the end and actually made the day just that little bit more special. As they walked out of the church getting showered in confetti, a little drizzle was added to the sunshine as a blessing from above. On our way to the venue it was pouring again, but just as we started the couple shoot, the rain stopped and we got the most beautiful, romantic, buttery sunlight! As soon as we finished the rain continued. I just loved how the interior of the venue at La Petite Dauphine tied in perfectly with their look and personalities, minimalizing the need for decorations. Fourie Gesin

Ek het vir Janine en Marcel twee jaar terug ontmoet tydens ons fotosessie toe sy swanger was met Milè. Ek het ook die voorreg gehad om die pragtige klein Milè, oor wie se koms hulle SO opgewonde was, te kon ontmoet en afneem. Ek was dus bitter opgewonde toe Janine my onlangs weer kontak vir swangerskap foto's. Janine het ook onlangs haar Meestersgraad in belasting gekry, so daar is dubbeld rede vir gelukwense en foto's! (Hoe sy dit gedoen het met 'n tweejarige, weet ek nie. Al wat ek weet, is dat ek geweldig beïndruk is met haar deursettingsvermoë!) Leandra en Wian is twee sulke gemaklike, vriendelike en warm mense, 'n paar minute na ek hulle ontmoet het het hulle reeds soos ou vriende gevoel! O’Keeffe Wedding

The day I went with Niall and Suzanne to De Uijlenes just outside Gansbaai it was pouring wet and the "aisle" in the enchanted forest was so drenched they had it covered with a make-shift bridge. This was also the weekend that Vergelegen Medi-Clinic in Somerset-West got flooded. So after doing a venue inspection in those conditions, we were prepared for the worst! On the morning of their wedding day it drizzled a little, but that was it, and after that the two of them were blessed with an absolutely perfect day! Everyone was so relaxed and had so much fun that it was just an absolute pleasure to photograph this wedding!
