Dit was 'n absolute plesier en voorreg om die pragtige Coetzee gesin weer te kon afneem! Hulle is so spontaan en liefdevol, almal lag maklik en boonop is die kinders mal daaroor om afgeneem te word! Baie dankie vir 'n heerlike fotosessie. Ek hoop die oumas en oupas is mal oor hulle Kersgeskenk!
This cute little flower arranger is choc-full of personality! She was very dedicated to her floral arrangements during the shoot, but together with her sassy personality it created quite a good story board in the end! Die Schoonwinkels het nog 'n pragtige seuntjie ryker geword sedert ek hulle in Maart afgeneem het en het foto's nodig gehad vir sy doop. Klein Benji is te oulik vir woorde en net so vriendelik en maklik om af te neem soos sy ouboet, alhoewel hy nie die slag so baie lus was vir foto's soos die vorige keer nie... Maar dis juis die spontaniteit en onvoorspelbaarheid van kinders wat dit vir my so lekker maak om hulle af te neem. Hulle is vir so 'n kort rukkie klein en ons as ouers probeer desperaat vasklou aan elke herinnering van hoe hulle lyk en wat hulle sê en doen. En net so is al die emosies wat hulle binne 'n uur kan deurwerk kosbare herinneringe! Baie baie dankie dat julle my weereens die vorige gegun het om julle te kon afneem. Ek waardeer dit geweldig baie!
Dis die derde keer dat ek die voorreg het om die pragtige gesin af te neem en die slag het hulle 'n baba boetie ryker geword. Baie geluk, mag hy vir julle baie vreugde bring!!
Affluence is a free Lifestyle magazine that will be distributed in the Winelands area soon. They have asked me to come on board as photographer and I am very excited to see where this new partnership will lead us. For the first issue we did an interview with the extremely talented and sharp-witted Frans Groenewald at Lourensford Wine Estate where he has his studio. During our visit Frans was very relaxed and friendly, shared his favourite coffee with us and allowed us to take a few shots of him in and around his gorgeous workplace. Ek het vir Leana ongeveer twee jaar terug ontmoet toe ons foto's geneem het vir die eerste Sarie voorbladgesig kompetisie. Sy het toe reeds met die grootste deernis vir my vertel van haar geliefde Husky, Lady. Ek was dus baie opgewonde toe sy my vra om foto's te neem van hulle twee saam. Sy het vir Lady ongeveer 6 jaar terug aangeneem en haar sodoende gered uit geweld en mishandeling en vir haar 'n nuwe kans op die lewe gegee. Sy help ook gereeld uit as vrywilliger by die Helderberg Dierewelsyn. Leana is duidelik baie lief vir diere en die band tussen haar en Lady is baie sterk. Dit was vir my 'n voorreg om die spesiale foto's te kon neem, dankie Leana!
I can't even begin to describe how much fun this engagement shoot was! It was filled to the brim with lots of love and spontaneous laughter. Natasha and Alten are both just the nicest people you could imagine, they felt like old friends within minutes. They are clearly madly in love and enjoy each other's company tremendously. But the most beautiful of all is the way he looks at her. If they can keep this love and friendship alive, they are going to have the most beautiful wedding, marriage and life together. Natasha and Alten, it was wonderful to meet you and I wish you both all the best. May the rest of your lives be filled with joy and love!
I couldn't wait to meet Rebecca after getting to know her wonderful parents during our maternity session. What a blessed little angel. She is just the epitome of sweetness and her parents are bursting with pride and joy, as they should! I don't think I've ever met a baby who's more content and relaxed than her. It was an absolute pleasure taking these pictures. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
Annadore het 'n wonderlike geleentheid gekry om vir twee jaar oorsee te gaan werk. Sy wou voor haar vertrek 'n paar foto's saam met haar ma neem. Ek het die voorreg gehad om een van die Kaap se mooiste sonsondergange saam met die twee pragtige en gesellige dames te spandeer. Alle voorspoed met die nuwe avontuur Annadore! Every now and again I have a shoot where everything just comes together perfectly, and this was one of them. All the elements were present: a gorgeous setting, perfect weather, warm and friendly people and two super cute little sisters with the most precious relationship.
