Mandi het my gekontak om foto's te laat neem vir SARIE Tydskrif se Voorbladgesig kompetisie. Sy was aanvanklik baie huiwerig oor of sy dit wil doen of nie, maar ek is SO bly sy het op die ou end tog besluit om voort te gaan daarmee. Mandi is geweldig sportief en die foto-nemery was vir haar 'n nuwe ding, maar sy is een van die mees fotogeniese mense wat ek nog afgeneem het. En ek is mal oor haar "look"! Hoop jy hou so baie van die foto's soos ek Mandi!
Corne het my aanvanklik gekontak vir 'n kwotasie vir kommersiële foto's vir die bestuur van hul maatskappy, maar toe besluit om solank familie foto's ook te laat neem. Per toeval stel ons toe vas dat sy my pa en broer goed ken deur besigheid en dit was vir my heerlik om self ook vir haar en haar familie te leer ken. Hulle is die wonderlikste, liefdevolste ne saggeaardste mense wat jy jou kan voorstel! En die twee seuntjies is net te pragtig vir woorde!!! Dit was heerlik om 'n Saterdag oggend saam met julle te kon deurbring, dankie!
Leana wil inskryf vir SARIE Tydskrif se Voorbladgesig kompetisie en het my genader om 'n paar portret foto's van haar te neem. Sy is baie lief vir die natuur en diere so die woud-agtige tonele was die perfekte agtergrond vir haar foto's. Haar blou hemp, oorbelle, ring en oë was so opvallend en het so ongelooflik goed saamgewerk dat ek besluit het om dit bietjie uit te lig in die foto's en die resultaat is volgens my 'n wonderlike uitbeelding van haar borrelende, spontane persoonlikheid. Ek hoop regtig jy geniet die foto's so baie as wat ek die sessie geniet het, Leana!
Debbie's brother, Mark, and his family were here recently on a visit from the UK and they decided to have some photos taken of both their families together with their mom. We spent the morning at the beautiful Vergelegen Estate. The kids enjoyed the perfect weather and wide open spaces and tried to endure the occasional hindrance of a photographer trying to take some photos of them - with the exception of Mia who just loved the camera and is extremely photogenic. A true model in the making. It was a wonderful pleasure meeting this warm and a friendly family. Thanks for all your patience with me and the kids whilst capturing these images. I hope you enjoy them! It's just too cute how he doesn't actually want to touch his siter's shoulder ..... how could I possibly expect that of him, she's a girl!!! :-)
Gena en Kruger is sulke lekker gemaklike mense. As jy hulle ontmoet voel dit sommer asof jy hulle jare lank al ken! Hulle en hulle pragtige twee kindertjies is so vol energie en lewenslus, dis skoon aansteeklik. Dit was heerlik om julle gesin te ontmoet, ek het die tydjie saam met julle terdee geniet!
Natasha and Theo got engaged recently and wanted some photos taken before their family returns to Holland. They are such a playful and happy family, it's clear they enjoy each other's company tremendously. I had so much fun photographing them, I can only hope that all my shoots for 2011 will be this merry! Safe travels guys, it was honestly a pleasure meeting you all!
