Rudd and Lucille

It’s been 15 years since Rudd and Lucille got married and they decided it was time to get some nice shots of them as couple again. They had to attend a wedding in Stellenbosch one sunny afternoon and got me to take a few shots of them just before they had to be there – seeing that they were already dressed up and ready to go! It’s not often that I get to shoot married people as a couple without their kids. I guess one can almost see it as a mini renewal of your vows in a way. Just to remind you of how much you still love each other and how much your love has grown over the years. Maybe I should convince my husband that we must do a shoot like this every ten years as an anniversary gift to ourselves…
